Choreographers' Project
Friday, October 1, 2010, we will host our third
annual Choreographers' Project. The goals of this project are to encourage
aspiring choreographers to present their work, utilizing all areas of production.
This project is availableto any and all
choreographers in the South Texas region and each choreographer is given the
opportunity to present his/her dance to the community of Corpus Christi and have
it adjudicated by our colleagues and professionals of South Texas. The panel of adjudicators constructively critiques each piece based on
creativity, style, dramatic content, music choice, etc. After the concert, adjudicators hold a panel discussion with the choreographers and the audience. A winner is then announced and an award is given.
Click on the link below for the Choreographer's Application. Please note that a $50 investment is required to have your dance presented on Friday, October 1, 2010. If you have any other questions, please email Jilissa at dancer@instepdancestudios.com.
